Registration and Fees

Hospice Palliative Care Ontario’s 2017 Annual Conference will be held from Sunday, April 23 to Tuesday, April 25, 2017. We are pleased to confirm the registration fee is not increasing this year, ensuring this educational conference remains accessible for members of Ontario’s palliative care community.

Conference Registration Fees

  • HPCO Members Full Conference $655; One day only $320 *
  • Non-Members Full Conference $785; One day only $395 *

Note: Non-members who register and pay the non-member rate of $785.00 will receive an annual individual membership to Hospice Palliative Care Ontario.

*The one-day rate does not include the banquet dinner and entertainment feature on Monday evening. Tickets can be purchased at an additional cost of $80.00 per person.

Other Registration Fees

Approved Lead Presenter Rate
Presenter Fee: $400.00

This fee is applicable to approved lead presenters at this year’s conference. If you are a lead presenter, HPCO will send you a special registration code and instructions to complete your conference registration.

Full-Time Students: $400.00
Volunteers: $395.00

A limited number of student and HPCO member volunteer spots are available. The student rate is available to full-time students only (proof and student ID required).

The volunteer rate is applicable to conference volunteers (once approved following the application process), and to hospice board chairs and other hospice palliative care volunteers. If approved, you will receive a special registration code and instructions to complete your conference registration.

Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy

Delegate substitution is permitted up to and including the first day of the program. A full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing by April 7, 2017. Any cancellations received after April 7, 2017 will be subject to a 25% administration fee, based on the fee paid. No refunds will be granted after April 14, 2017. HPCO incurs costs for hotel services, food and beverage and conference administration even if you don’t attend the conference, therefore no-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient registration, and would be responsible for refunding the registration fees only.
