The non-member rate of $800 includes a one-year individual membership to Hospice Palliative Care Ontario.

*The one-day rate does not include the Gala Dinner. 
** When registering for the full conference and the Symposium, the Symposium fee is $100.
*** The June Callwood Ceremony & Lunch is not included in Full Conference and you must register separately for that. 
*** If  registering for the Full Conference and planning on attending the Gala Dinner please ensure you include the Gala dinner in your agenda selections. 

Approved Lead Presenter Rate: Lead Presenter: $400

This fee is applicable to approved Lead Presenters for this year’s conference. If you are a Lead Presenter, HPCO will send you a special registration code and instructions to complete your conference registration. 

Student (Full-time): Full Conference: $400

A limited number of student spots are available. The student rate is available to full-time students only (student ID required).  Please contact Randy Markus, Conference Manager at to confirm if you qualify for this rate. If approved, you will receive a special registration code and instructions to complete your conference registration.

Payment  Method: All conference registration fees must be paid by credit card.  For five or more registations, payment by cheque is acceptable. All fees are subject to HST (#13341 2197 RT001). 

MainPro Certification: This program has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario Chapter for  up to 10 Mainpro+ credits. 

COVID Policy:
HPCO will follow the recommendations & guidelines under the York Region Public Health Safety Measures (as of March 1, 2022).  Please Note: While masks are not mandatory within the hotel/convention centre. They are mandatory in all HPCO Conference Space. Safety measures will include enhanced cleaning, hand sanitizer stations in the lobby area, outside elevators, inside elevator and high traffic areas and mask wearing by all serving staff.  Click here to see the implemented Hotel protocols and elevated practices in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

It is important to follow the recommendations of your local public health authority. If you don’t feel well or if you have any symptoms, stay away from others. 

Refund  Policy: A full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing by March 25, 2022. Any cancellations received after this date are subject to a 25% administration fee (based on the fee paid). No refunds will be granted after April 8, 2022. HPCO incurs costs for hotel services, food and beverage, and conference administration even if you don’t attend the conference, therefore no-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.
