Bursary applications close on May 1, 2024.

COVID Policy: HPCO will follow the recommendations and guidelines issued by York Region Public Health. Complimentary masks will be available. It is important to follow public health recommendations. Stay away from others if you don’t feel well or have any symptoms.
Refund Policy: Refunds will be given for cancellation requests received in writing on or before May 1, 2023, and subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Refunds between May 1 and May 15 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after May 15, 2024. HPCO incurs costs for hotel services, food and beverage, and conference administration even if you don’t attend the conference, therefore no-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.
A note for our physician friends: HPCO no longer seeks Mainpro accreditation for our annual conferences. The cost of staff time to compile and complete the Mainpro application was disproportionate to the benefits accreditation provides. We focus on delivering a high quality conference experience for a wide range of delegates from all professions and roles within hospice palliative care.
