SickKids PEDS Symposium on Wednesday, April 25 is only $50.00 if combined with conference registration (full conference or one day). Symposium on Palliative Care for Homeless & Vulnerably Housed Populations on Saturday, April 21 is only $50.00 if combined with conference registration (full conference or one day). One ticket to the Gala Dinner on Monday, April 23 at 7:00pm is included in your registration. Guest tickets for the Gala Dinner can be purchased at $80 each with your registration.


Delegate substitution is permitted up to and including the first day of the program. A full refund will be given for cancellations received in writing by March 19, 2018.  Any cancellations received after this date will be subject to a 25% administration fee (based on the fee paid). No refunds will be granted after April 9, 2018.  HPCO incurs costs for hotel services, food and beverage, and conference administration even if you don’t attend conference, therefore no-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.  Hospice Palliative Care Ontario (HPCO) reserves the right to cancel this program due to insufficient registrations and will be responsible for refunding the registration fees only.

Social Workers and Social Service Workers Professional Development Fund

If you are a registered social worker or social service worker attending this conference, you may be eligible for an up to $500 reimbursement for the conference registration fee.

Eligibility and Application Information:

  • Be a registered member, in good standing*, of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
  • Applications must be submitted within 90 days of the completion date of the PD activity.
  • Proof of payment and successful completion of PD activity is required at the time of application.
  • Applicants are limited to one application for one PD activity to a maximum of $500 per funding year.
